Pastor Sheeley was saved in LaPorte, Indiana on April 23, 1987.He surrendered to the Gospel ministry in March of 1990. He's pastored churches in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. He came to Bay Lake in November 1999 and is entering his twenty-fifth year as Pastor of Bay Lake MBC. His wife of nearly 36 years, Marcia, has served faithfully with him in the ministry. They have two adult children and three grandsons. He is currently serving on boards within our fellowship and our community. He has also served eighteen years as a Police/Fire Chaplain in Lake County. Pastor Sheeley is also working towards his Masters in Theology.

Bro. Ben was raised in Joaquin, Texas. At the age of 8 he was saved and then baptized at Bethlehem MBC. Ben taught Sunday School, led youth group and served as a deacon there until 2012 when he answered the call to become a mission builder. For 6 years he and his family traveled helping churches and mission points with building needs. In 2013, Bro. Ben surrendered into the ministry of the Gospel. He continued to work as a building coordinator with Macedonian Missionary Services. In February of 2018, Bro. Ben was called to Bay Lake Missionary Baptist Church as Associate Pastor. He was ordained as a minister in May of the same year and has fulfilled that role for the past 5 years. Ben has been married to his wife, Tiffany, for 22 years and they have 3 boys, Lariat, Chandler and Ryland who have always been an active and helpful part of his ministry.
