• May I schedule a brief tour of the Church grounds?

The Pastor, Associate Pastor, Deacons or Welcome Committee will be happy to provide a tour. God has richly blessed us throughout the years, and we love sharing our story. A wall in the Fellowship Hall features photos of our Church buildings from the past, along with Pastors who served or were ordained by Bay Lake Missionary Baptist Church.

  • May I have an announcement placed in the Church Bulletin?

Announcements for the Bulletin must pertain to church-related activities only. Please see the person in charge of Bulletin preparation, by Wednesday, to ensure your announcement will appear in the following Sunday’s edition. Announcements are also placed on the Church’s Facebook page. Some are listed as Facebook “events” – please click “JOIN” to receive an event reminder on your smart phone.

  • How do I let someone know I’m interested in attending an event?

The bulletin board in the front vestibule of the Church features sign-up sheets for events and activities. Please sign-up to allow the organizers to know how many to plan for.

  • My child would like to attend Youth Camp. What is our first step?

We’re so glad you’re interested in camp! The Florida Baptist Encampment has been the source of many Youth Camps over several decades, where souls were saved and lives changed for Jesus. There will be an announcement of when Youth Camp sign-ups begin. A meeting will be scheduled for those interested in knowing more info, and leaders will advise on the necessary documents required for Camp, such as medical info, permission slips, etc. A trained medical professional is onsite during camp to assist with medical needs.

  • If I bring friends to a service when the Lord’s Supper is being served, may they partake

While we encourage our members to bring guests, only our church members may partake in the Lord’s Supper being served in our church.

  • How do I have flowers placed in the Church on Sundays?

We encourage the honoring of a special person, or their memory. Please contact our Florist, who will be happy to help, and you may also have a special announcement placed in the Bulletin.

  • I would like to sing or play a special during the Church services. Who should I contact?

    Please see our Music Director.
